Q: Do I need to activate a demo that I downloaded either from the ASTD store or from the Outcome Systems website?

A: No, you get a free 30 day trial of the software without having to activate the software. You only need to activate the software if you purchase a license from us or ASTD to use the software for longer then 30 days.

 

Q: Can I run this software on Windows in an emulator such as Virtual PC, Wine, VMWare, etc?

A: You may or may not be able to run this software under those conditions, but the only configurations we support are Windows 2000/XP natively running on a Intel/AMD system.

 

Q: Do I need any special software installed to run Performance DNA Desktop?

A: Yes, you must have Microsoft .Net installed, you can get the software under our downloads section of the support website.

 

Q: What is your policy for moving the software to another laptop or PC after the initial installation?

A: Outcomes Systems (OS) will assist an end user/purchaser of PDNA Desktop to uninstall this software from one machine and move it to another machine up to two (2) time within a 2 (two) year span of time from purchase date of the PDNA software. Any move of the Performance DNA™ Desktop software made by an end user/purchaser after 2 years from the purchase date may be subject to a $95 administrative and service fee from OS.

Any requests made to OS from the end user/purchaser of the PDNA Desktop software for more than two uninstalls and moves of the software to another machine may be subject to a charge of $95. Any fees for any service performed by OS must be paid in full by VISA , personal check, or a confirmed P.O. from the company and/or person owning the Performance DNA™ software before the ‘moving’ service will be completed.
